Welcome to hi309 (referred to in these Terms as "hi309", "the Platform", "we", "us" or "our"). hi309 is an online gaming platform operating at https://hi309.cam, offering sports betting, casino games, live dealer games, and related entertainment services to users worldwide, including those accessing the platform from Pakistan.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you" or "your") and hi309. By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the hi309 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the hi309 platform. We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

To register and maintain an account on hi309, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator or the licensing jurisdiction applicable to your account. Age is verified through KYC and failure to verify age will result in account suspension.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual in a personal capacity, not as an agent or representative of any other person or entity.
• You are not a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is wholly prohibited and strictly enforced against individual users in a manner that would make your use of the Platform unlawful.
• You do not hold, and have not previously held, another account on the hi309 Platform that was closed for a breach of these Terms.
• You are not subject to a self-exclusion order that would prevent you from accessing the Platform.
• You are acting in your own name and for your own benefit — creating accounts on behalf of third parties is prohibited.
• The personal information you provide during registration is accurate, current and complete.

Each user is permitted to maintain one account only. Duplicate accounts — including accounts registered under different names or email addresses by the same individual — will be closed without notice. Any balance in duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials at all times. You must not share your username, password or account access with any third party. hi309 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify hi309 support immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. You should change your password immediately upon suspicion of any compromise.

hi309 reserves the right to suspend or close accounts where suspicious activity is detected, where fraudulent behaviour is suspected, or where account security may have been compromised.

hi309 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process as part of its obligations under anti-money laundering (AML) controls and age verification requirements. KYC may be triggered at registration, upon your first withdrawal request, or when account activity exceeds defined thresholds.

For Pakistani users, acceptable KYC documents typically include:

• A valid Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) — the primary identification document for Pakistani users.
• A valid international passport as an alternative to CNIC.
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement) where required at higher verification tiers.
• A selfie or liveness check holding the submitted ID document.

Documents must be submitted exclusively through the Platform's secure HTTPS-protected verification portal. You must never send identity documents via email, WhatsApp, or any other unsecured channel.

hi309 will process KYC submissions within a reasonable timeframe. Withdrawals may be held pending completion of satisfactory verification. hi309 is not liable for delays in processing caused by incomplete or unclear document submissions.

Funds deposited into your hi309 account must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. hi309 does not accept deposits from third parties. Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed in the Platform cashier at the time of transaction.

Available deposit methods are subject to change based on provider availability, regional restrictions and operator policy. For Pakistani users, the Platform's cashier may reference familiar payment contexts including bank transfers through institutions such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah, as well as mobile wallet options. The availability of any specific method must be confirmed in the live cashier — method availability is not guaranteed.

Deposits are credited to your account balance once confirmed by the relevant payment processor. hi309 is not responsible for delays caused by banking intermediaries, network congestion, or payment processor outages.

hi309 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on deposit sources as part of AML obligations. Deposits from unverified or suspicious sources may be held or returned.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply per method and are displayed in the cashier at the time of request.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied before real-money withdrawal of funds associated with a bonus.
• Withdrawals may be subject to processing times that vary depending on the selected method. hi309 does not guarantee specific processing timelines.

hi309 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawal requests, including at thresholds above PKR 25,000 or equivalent. This is part of standard AML and fraud-prevention procedures.

Where a withdrawal is declined due to incomplete verification or suspected fraudulent activity, the funds will be held pending resolution. Users will be notified via their registered contact details.

hi309 may offer welcome bonuses, deposit match promotions, free wagers, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms stated in each promotion:

• Each bonus offer is available once per user, household, IP address, device, and payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and are subject to stated wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable real-money funds.
• Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus (and in some cases the deposit) must be wagered before withdrawal is permitted. Contribution rates vary by game category — for example, live casino games and table games may contribute at a lower rate than slots.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Any bonus and associated winnings not used within the stated period will be removed from your account automatically.

• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies, collusion, or exploitation of promotional mechanics — will result in bonus forfeiture and may lead to account closure.

The following general rules apply to all wagers placed on hi309:

• All bets are placed at your own risk. Once confirmed, bets cannot be cancelled or amended by the user.
• hi309 reserves the right to void bets in cases of obvious pricing errors, technical faults, corruption of data feeds, or where bets have been placed on events whose outcome was already known at the time of placement.
• For sports betting (including cricket, PSL matches, ICC tournaments and other events), specific market rules govern how bets are settled in the event of abandonment, postponement, walkover or other interruptions. These rules are available within each market on the Platform.
• For live in-play betting, odds are subject to continuous change. A bet is only accepted once you receive an explicit confirmation from the Platform. A displayed odd does not constitute an acceptance.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event, per market and per day. These limits are displayed within the relevant betting interface.
• Casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or by live dealer mechanics as applicable. hi309 does not manipulate game outcomes.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits are displayed at the time of placing a wager and are subject to change.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the hi309 Platform:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of a third party.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent personal information at any stage.
• Using automated scripts, bots, or any software designed to interact with the Platform without human input.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches or vulnerabilities. Any such exploitation must be reported to support immediately — winnings derived from system errors will be voided.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring, or any activity designed to disguise the origin of funds.
• Collusion with other users or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Systematic bonus exploitation including arbitrage, hedging, or coordinated multi-account strategies.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is unlawful and where you have actively circumvented technical restrictions (e.g., using a VPN to disguise your location).
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward Platform staff or other users.
• Any other conduct that hi309 reasonably determines to be fraudulent, harmful or contrary to the integrity of the Platform.

Violations of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, reporting to relevant authorities, and civil or criminal liability where applicable.

hi309 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. Gambling is intended to be an entertainment activity. It should never be used as a means of generating income, recovering prior losses, or addressing financial difficulties.

The following responsible gambling tools are available to all registered users:

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit threshold on your account.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the amount you can lose within a given period.
• Session Time Limits: Receive reminders when a defined session length has elapsed.
• Cooling-Off Period: Suspend your account for a defined short period.

hi309 will never encourage a user to increase deposit limits, remove cooling-off periods, or rescind self-exclusion requests prematurely.

All content on the hi309 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, game interfaces and underlying code — is the intellectual property of hi309 or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, scrape, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform's content.

Any unauthorised use of hi309's intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination and legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, hi309 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of — or inability to use — the Platform.

This limitation applies to, but is not limited to, losses arising from:

• Platform downtime, technical faults, server errors or interruptions to service.
• Delays in processing deposits, withdrawals or KYC verification.
• Errors in odds, game outcomes subsequently voided due to technical fault.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain password security.
• Any decision by a payment provider to decline or reverse a transaction.
• Changes in exchange rates affecting displayed PKR values.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

Termination by the User: You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting hi309 support via live chat or at [email protected]. Any verified real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and satisfaction of applicable wagering requirements.

Termination by hi309: hi309 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The user has breached any provision of these Terms;
• Fraudulent, abusive or illegal activity has occurred or is suspected;
• Continued operation of the account presents a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk;
• A self-exclusion or responsible gambling intervention is required; or
• The user has provided false information during registration or KYC.

Upon account closure for breach, any balance associated with fraudulent activity, bonus abuse or policy violations may be forfeited in whole or in part at hi309's discretion.

hi309 reserves the right to revise, update or amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users via the email address associated with their account or through a notice displayed prominently on the Platform.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with updated Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which hi309 is licensed to operate internationally. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved in accordance with the procedures available under the applicable licensing framework.

These Terms do not and cannot override any applicable mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction to the extent those laws cannot be excluded by agreement. Nothing herein constitutes a waiver of rights that cannot be contractually waived under applicable law.

hi309 is not subject to Pakistani law in its licensing or regulatory obligations. Pakistani users participate at their own risk and legal responsibility. These Terms do not constitute a representation that use of the Platform is lawful under Pakistani law.
